Current research efforts are divided into two categories:

Mixed-signal CMOS design in nanometer-scale CMOS

These efforts are directed to addressing the challenges of mixed-signal IC design in deeply-scaled CMOS technologies.

CMOS++

In these efforts we exploit mixed-signal CMOS as a unique platform for exploratory hybrid technologies, many directed to applications in biology and chemistry.

	Fluorescence-based active microarrays
